Epilepsy Foundation East TN

We are a non profit organization dedicated to lead the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.

We provide help with medication, neurology visits, diagnostic testing, dental needs, and support group, for people living with epilepsy. We also provide free seizure first aid training for school personnel, students, childcare workers, senior caregivers, police officers, and firefighters. We also send children with epilepsy to summer camp, and provide free bicycle helmets to children 3-17 to help prevent head injuries (the number 1 cause of epilepsy). We also offer art therapy (with a licensed therapist) to people with epilepsy ( an 8 week program) to help with emotional stress.
