Are you ready to inspire, guide, and empower the next generation?
In celebration of our 55th anniversary, Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee is on a mission to find 55 dedicated individuals to volunteer as mentors for children in our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Spend quality time with your "Little," building a meaningful, one-on-one relationship.
- Participate in fun and enriching activities that spark confidence and growth.
- Help your Little achieve their potential by offering encouragement and guidance.
Who Can Volunteer:
- Anyone 15 years or older—yes, high school students can mentor too! Our structured school-based program is designed specifically for younger mentors.
- Adults 23 years or older can choose between school-based or community-based mentoring, offering flexibility to match their schedules.
- The commitment is just 4-6 hours per month for at least one year.
- No prior mentoring experience is needed—just a passion for making a difference and helping children succeed!
