Girls Inc. of Tennessee Valley is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Through educational programs and mentorship, we help girls develop the skills, confidence, and support they need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Our organization serves girls and families throughout Anderson, Knox, and Blount counties. The Girls Inc. of Tennessee Valley Board of Directors comprises community leaders who are committed to advancing our mission and strengthening opportunities for girls across the Tennessee Valley. Board members provide strategic leadership, financial oversight, community connections, and governance to help ensure the organization remains effective and sustainable. In addition to attending and preparing for Board meetings, members act as ambassadors for the organization, support fundraising efforts and special events, and help develop relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners. We are seeking thoughtful, dependable, and community-minded leaders who are willing to contribute their time, expertise, connections, and leadership. We welcome individuals from a variety of professional and personal backgrounds who share our commitment to creating a brighter future for girls. If you are interested in exploring this Board service opportunity, please contact Girls Inc. of Tennessee Valley Executive Director, Amanda Ingle, at aingle@girlsinctnv.org or 865-482-4475 Ext. 1003.
