Our Mission To strengthen communities through effective prevention and treatment services to children and families. Our Vision It is our vision to be the Agency of choice for young people in crisis. We will accomplish this by creating communities where young people and families receive support, advocacy, and stability.

The Florence Crittenton Agency operates residential and outpatient treatment programs on its 26-acre Knoxville campus, and has more than 125 years of experience providing outreach programs in conjunction with schools, court systems, and other community partners. We provide a range of programs and services to the community, organized into four broad categories: mental health, substance abuse, foster care, and outpatient treatment.
