Blount County Community Action Agency

The Mission of Blount County Community Action Agency is to reduce the impacts of living in poverty by providing services and resources that help meet the immediate basic needs of the low-income, disabled and senior population, as well as enhancing an individual’s self-sufficiency abilities for an improved quality of life and productive community.

The Blount County Community Action Agency provides services that support individuals struggling to break their poverty cycle, as well as programs that support individuals to become or remain self-sufficient.
