Foothills Community Development Corp.

Foothills Community Development Corp. (FCDC) is a 501c3 non-profit organization headquartered in Maryville, Tennessee. FCDC has previously been recognized by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency as a Community Housing Development Organization and provides affordable and workforce housing opportunities to a 4-county area that includes Blount, Sevier, Loudon, and Monroe counties. Chartered in 2002, we have served our community for over 20 years and have built over 100 homes in that time! We look forward to continuing to serve our community by providing obtainable housing solutions for East Tennessee for years to come!

Foothills Community Development Corp. is a non-profit affordable housing provider that seeks to help income qualified applicants gain safe, stable, and affordable housing. We provide this service primarily through our Homeownership Program where we construct or renovate housing to be sold affordably to program participants.
